Product Description
Giorgio Bonelli (1724-1803) was an Italian physician and botanist. His "Hortus Romanus" was a series of 8 large folios published between 1772 and 1793. It seems Bonelli was responsible for only the first volume, then Niccolo Martello took over. Now in the public domain, the artwork for Valantia, a small Mediterranean herb, has been digitally adapted and printed on archival 100% cotton paper.
